Saturday 13th October – MAD Friends host a charity ball in aid of Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham Charity (Military Patients Fund) and Troopaid @ The Belfry, Sutton Coldfield.

Sunday 10th June – Great Midlands Fun Run, 7 local youngsters are partaking on behalf of MAD Friends towards the 2011/2012 campaign.
Charity cricket match @ Four Oaks Saints Cricket Club . Come and watch a team with a mix of players from Four Oaks Saints CC & Streetly CC go up against Military Personnel from Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham – awaiting confirmation of date & time

Saturday 20th – Four Oaks Saints Cricket Club provided the venue for a fun filled Quiz night. MAD Friend Julie ran the bar, MAD Friend Mandy provided the food and good friend of the group, Tony Shortland was Quizmaster for the evening – A total of £390 raised
Saturday 27th – Four Oaks Cluster Choir @ Sainsbury’s Mere Green. The cluster choir sang carols to celebrate the start of the Christmas season and to entertain the customers. MAD Friends sold Midlands Air Ambulance merchandise including Christmas cards, 2011 calendars and diaries, wrapping paper and trolley tokens. Sainsbury’s raffled merchandise and handed out samples of mulled wine, baileys and mince pies. A great time was had by all.

Saturday 9th – MAD Friends and their guests put on their dancing shoes at a disco held @ Streetly Cricket Club where Sainsbury’s provided light refreshments – A total of £865 raised due to a successful match funding bid with Barclays Bank plc.
Saturday 23rd – Halloween Themed Fund Raiser @ Sainsbury’s Mere Green. This event saw MAD Friends sell Midlands Air Ambulance merchandise; Sainsbury’s staff face painting and sale of pumpkins meticulously carved by Sainsbury’s staff; Midlands Air Ambulance staff brought a decommissioned Air Ambulance into the car park for visitors to pop aboard and see the restricted conditions they have to work in.

Saturday 25th – MAD Friends Breakfast BBQ @ Sainsbury’s Mere Green. MAD Friends eagerly cooked and sold bacon and sausage baps, helping to keep Sainsbury’s customers happy.

Saturday 14th – To mark the start of the 2010/11 football season a themed funday was held @ Sainsbury’s, Mere Green. Unfortunately the persistent rain put a bit of a dampener on the penalty shoot out organised in conjunction with Four Oaks Football Club. However all was not lost as Sainsbury’s staff baked and sold cakes, face-painted and hair sprayed and MAD Friends packed customers shopping.

Sunday 18th – Family Fun Day at The Waterfront, West Midlands Water Ski Centre, Tamworth. Sainsbury’s staff baked and sold cakes, MAD Friends face painted, go karted, hosted a penalty shoot out, sold handbags, plants and Midlands Air Ambulance merchandise. The event concluded with a Balloon Race. The furthest balloon sold travelled to Melton Mowbray. A total of £xxx raised

Sunday 6th - MAD Friends dig out their running gear and enter the Great Midlands Fun Run. Teams from Spice West Midlands and Simon John Hairdressing helped MAD Friends to raise a total of £4,000 for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.
Friday 25th - Breakfast BBQ at Brittons, Slade Road – MAD Friends slaved over a hot BBQ to cook and sell bacon and sausage baps to passing customers. A total of £125 raised.
